Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Takagi bathtubs will be delivered to you in 5-7 business days by trucking company.
Trajet custom order bathtub will be directly delivered from manufacture to your home in 2-3 weeks for tub only or 3-4 weeks for with jets.

Other products will be shipped out in 2-3 business days by UPS Ground. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Box.

Shipping Fee to Hawaii and Alaska will be different. Please contact us for shipping quote.

We do not ship bathtubs to outside US except Canada.
Chopstick helpers could be shipped to outside US. Please contact for shipping quote.

We do not guarantee any delivery times. We may request ship dates or let you know the estimated delivery date or tracking number but the actual date is out of our control. We will not be responsible for any inconvenience or monetary loss or extra charge incurred should any delivery take longer than anticipated.

Inspection
Inspection is required for all delivery.
Bathtub
• Please open the box and remove all packing components immediately to inspect. Do not sign on delivery ticket before inspection.
• If there is any damage, please note detail on the delivery ticket.
• If product is delivered as unusable condition, please refuse to receive delivery.
If you signed delivery ticket without any damage detail on it, no claims will be considered.

Other Products
If product is damaged when you receive, please refuse delivery and notify us within 24 hours.
If you do not contact us within 24 hours, no claims, returns or exchanges will be considered.

Returns
Please contact us prior to returning any item. Proof of purchase (receipt and/or invoice) is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include return address and phone number. Unauthorized return is not accepted.
All shipping related fee for returning item is customer responsibility.

Bathtub
All bathtubs are not returnable for any reason.

Other Products
Full Refund: Within 10 days from delivered date with original condition
20% Re-stocking Fee: After 11 days from delivered date with original condition
50% Re-stocking Fee: After 30 days from delivered date with original condition
No Refund: After 45 days from delivered date.
We will charge you any damage fee such as missing parts, scratches, paints, and dents.

Cancellation
All Sales are Final. If you ordered by error, please contact us immediately. Can not be cancelled if item has shipped out. 20% cancellation fee will be charged for any reason.
Bathtubs and special or custom orders may not be cancelled. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Placing order through At House Online Shop will be considered that you agreed with our Company Policy.
